Worship - 10 a.m. Sundays
Take a look at our littlest bell ringers from the 2014 Christmas Cantata!
We want everyone to connect with our Living God. We do our best to make worship authentic, creative, and moving. We expect to encounter our Risen Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Our hope is to reach a wide range of worshipers of all ages. When you come to HPCC, you can expect to be greeted warmly and made to feel like you have come "home".
We have a blended service of contemporary and traditional music with words projected on the walls. Our choir sings most Sundays, and everyone is invited to present special music. We have no dress code; just come as you are. What you wear isn't as important as being yourself with us in worship.
Pastor Thom presents a brief Children's sermon before Kids Life starts. Of course kids are welcome to stay in the sanctuary with their parents if they want. We have a nursery/toddler room available to the little ones, as well.
We pray deeply every week, connecting us with our Savior, as does Communion and our Offering time. We believe Jesus invites everyone to the table. The communion elements, bread and juice, are offered to all Christians, regardless of church affiliation.
A scripture lesson is read by a church member before Pastor Thom preaches a bible-based sermon. The sermon outlines are also projected while he preaches. When you come to the "church on the hill", you are met with friendly people and will be blessed and encouraged with the message that the Lord gives Pastor Thom to share with you.
After the service, everyone is invited into the fellowship hall for refreshments. Please come, we want to meet you!
