Post-Prison Ministries

About the Post-Prison Ministries
Our Post-Prison Ministry exists to share Christ’s love, hope, and restoration with individuals transitioning out of incarceration. We believe that every person is created in the image of God and deserves support, encouragement, and a community where they can rebuild their lives with dignity and purpose.
This ministry reflects our commitment to grace, second chances, and walking alongside one another in the transforming love of Christ.
What We Do
The Post-Prison Ministry focuses on offering:
-
Compassionate support for individuals re-entering society

Prayer, encouragement, and spiritual guidance
-
One-on-one and group connections
-
Practical help where possible
-
Community and belonging
-
A safe, judgment-free environment
We seek to demonstrate Christlike love, recognizing the challenges people face after incarceration and offering hope for a new beginning.
