If you are a Christian, Jesus isn't just our hero, He's our Champion! Young David conquered the giant champion of the Philistines, Goliath, with only a small stone in a sling. But Jesus has conquered all our "Goliaths" for us--like addictions to food, drugs, sex and video games, just to name a few. If we admit to Jesus we can't defeat our giants alone, and we believe in Him for the full forgiveness of our sins, He is faithful to forgive us and to be at our side through our struggle, and may even deliver us from it! If you watched our last episode, you know everyone has an enemy we can't see who wants to kill us and destroy us forever. Did you know you have an enemy? It doesn't matter if you're a Christian or not, the devil wants to destroy you. If you're a Christian he hates you because you are lost to him forever and he hates all God's people. If you're not a born again believing Christian, the enemy will deceive you and lead you into doing things that will increase your punishment in hell. But there is hope in Jesus as long as you turn to him before it's too late. If you want to beat the devil permanently, you MUST be born again (John 3:7).
